ABOUT SUGAR LOAF
Sugar Loaf Mountain is located in Urca Neighborhood. Two hills compose the landscape. The first and smaller is Urca Hill and the second is Sugar Loaf itself.
HOW TO GET TO SUGAR LOAF
To get to Sugar Loaf you must go to Urca. As there is no metro station in the neighborhood, so is necessary to use buses. But some integrations can be used to get quickly and safely to the place.

USING METRO RIO
1 To get to Sugar Loaf, take line 1 ou 2 of the metro and disembark at Botafogo Station.
2 After that, take the integration bus (513 – Botafogo Urca) in direction to Urca.
OTHER WAYS TO GET SUGAR LOAF
If you prefer to use private car services to reach your destination, no problem. In the city of Rio de Janeiro, taxis and many apps are available such as Uber, 99 and Cabify.

OPENING HOURS OF CABLE CAR
The complex’s opening hours are from 8 am to 9 pm.
The cable car leaves every 20 minutes, between 8:10 and 9 pm.
